GE IN Cell Analyzer 2200 is a high throughput widefield
fluorescence microscope with sensitive sCMOS camera
and a broad range of fluorescence filters. Sample temperature,
(potentially CO2) and humidity control allow long
term experiments; hardware autofocus ensures reliable
focusing during long-term experiments. The image acquisition software
contains image deconvolution functionalities.
Available techniques:
- Transmitted light imaging (brightfield, DIC, computational
phase contrast - constructed from in-focus and 2 out-of-focus images)
- Widefield multi-channel fluorescence imaging with a fast
and sensitive camera
- Long-term time-lapse imaging (with temperature
control and hardware autofocus)
- Fast multi-well plate screening
Objectives:
- Plan Apo 4x/0.2 dry, FWD 15.7 mm, CG -
- Plan Apo 10x/0.45 dry, FWD 4.0 mm, CG 0.17 mm (DIC)
- Plan Fluor ELWD 20x/0.45 dry, FWD 8.1 - 7.0 mm, CG 0 - 2 mm
(DIC)
- Plan Apo 40x/0.95 dry, FWD 0.14 mm, CG 0.11 - 0.23 mm (DIC)
